This incredible selection of collectibles includes programs, ticket stubs, pins, photos, autographs and assorted sundries. Highlights are: (2) BAA programs: 1946-47 (VG), 1947-48 (GD-VG); (2) signed letters: 1962 S. Green handwritten (“9”), 1963 P. Hoffman TLS (“8-9”); (7) 1951-1953 “first franchise” programs average (EX) with 11/15/50 signed by D. Mehen (“8”). No signature authentication due to time/costs. More on our website.

The first Baltimore Bullets franchise was a member of the American Basketball League 1944–47, then joined the Basketball Association of America 1947–49 and and was absorbed into the new National Basketball Association when the BAA merged with the NBL, competing in the NBA from 1949-1954 before folding during the 1954-55 season. The second Bullets franchise originated in Chicago as the Packers/Zephyrs in 1961 and relocated to Baltimore in 1963. After several names changes and a relocation it is now known as the Washington Wizards. A third Baltimore Bullets franchise competed in the EPBL 1958-1961 but is not represented in the offered collection. A complete list of included items is as follows:
