NOTE: upon closer inspection, there is a slight "bleeding" of the Ted Williams signature and a small background bleed over the Williams signature from the brownish background.
Before the tell-all book, the Balco scandal and unfathomable home run totals posted by Herculean side show freaks, Ron Lewis composed a 1988 lithograph portraying the then-living (and “clean”) members of the once-esteemed “500 Home Run Club.” Framed to 45 x 31”, this colorful tribute is autographed by all (11) subjects. With the Yankee Stadium wrought iron façade in the background, the longball hitters are shown in a single row. On the lower white border, each has signed his likeness in blue marker. The signatures show “perfect 10” strength throughout and include (from left to right): Williams slight bleeding of signature and background into this signature, Robinson, Killebrew, Jackson, Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Schmidt, Banks, Mathews and McCovey.
