Dated 1/10/1956 single-page Louisville Colonels TLS by Hall of Famer Joe Cronin and three other club officials. The document relates to a "Waiver of Notice--Meeting of Directors" cancelling a meeting in Boston. Coincidentally, the Colonels were a Red Sox farm club from 1939-1955. With the Colonels switching to the Senators for the 1956 season, the cancellation was probably necessitated. The autographs present ("9") with only a slight disruption to the "J" in Cronin's stately script. Full photo LOA from JSA.

This letter is also signed by Johnny Murphy, Director of scouting and the Minor Leagues for the Red Sox at the time.
